The Arsenal SM-23 is a second-generation scope mount machined from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum with a hard-anodized finish. It attaches to an AK-pattern rifle side scope rail and features a 19-slot Picatinny rail extending 7.5 inches.
The mount includes front and rear cutouts, a relief cut for iron sight use, and a steel adjustable locking mechanism with tension-adjustable quick-release operation. The rear cutout allows mounting on folding-stock VEPR rifles and RPKs; lightening cuts allow the locking handle to recess when closed.

What is MAP Pricing?
MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price. It's a policy set by manufacturers that limits how low retailers can advertise their prices.
The good news? We can often sell below MAP - we just can't show that price publicly. When you request a price by email or add to cart, you'll see our actual (often lower) price.
This isn't a trick - it's how we stay compliant while still offering you the best deals possible.
